1. Information we collect
- Details you submit through enquiry, admission or partner-registration forms — name, phone, email, address, education and course interest.
- Student records maintained by your branch — attendance, marks, fee and certificate history — used to run the student dashboard.
- Basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser type) collected automatically to keep the website working correctly.
2. How we use it
- To process admissions, enquiries and branch-partnership applications.
- To provide the student and branch dashboard — attendance, results, fee invoices and certificates.
- To contact you about your enquiry, admission or course, including by phone, email or WhatsApp.
- To verify certificates through our public verification page, which shows a limited, non-sensitive summary (name, course, result) for a certificate number or QR code you look up.
3. Who can see your information
Your student and admission records are visible to your enrolled branch and to ICSE’s administration, for the purpose of running your course and issuing certificates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Payments
Online fee payments are processed by a third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. ICSE does not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank account details.
5. Cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working correctly. See our cookie policy for details.
6. Data retention & security
We retain student and academic records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet record-keeping requirements, and take reasonable technical measures to protect them from unauthorised access.
7. Your choices
You can ask to review, correct or request deletion of your personal information (subject to our record-keeping obligations for issued certificates and academic history) by contacting us through our contact page.
