1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Institute of Computer Software Education (ICSE) website and the services offered through it, including course information, online enquiries, admissions, and the student/branch dashboard. By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

2. Courses and admission

  • Course details, duration and fees shown on this website are indicative and confirmed at the time of admission by your chosen branch.
  • Admission is subject to seat availability and confirmation by the branch.
  • ICSE branches are independently operated centres authorised to conduct courses under the ICSE curriculum; each branch is responsible for local class schedules and infrastructure.

3. Fees and payments

  • Course fees are payable to your enrolled branch as per the schedule communicated at admission.
  • Online payments made through the student dashboard are processed via a third-party payment gateway; ICSE does not store your card or bank details.
  • Fees, once paid, are governed by our refund policy.

4. Certificates & verification

Certificates are issued on successful completion of a course and satisfactory attendance/exam performance as determined by the branch and ICSE. Every certificate carries a QR code that can be checked on our certificate verification page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorised access to the student/branch dashboard, submitting false information, or using the site to send unsolicited communications.

6. Limitation of liability

While we take care to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, ICSE makes no warranty that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted, and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
